Hukatsu Wataku is the youngest son and child of Lord Katsumaru Wataku and Lady Hotaru.  He grew to be quiet and quite shy.  As a child he would often seek safety with his father Lord Katsumaru.  As a young teen he is still quite shy and approaches people cautiously.  Despite that he is known to be quite observant, witty, intelligent.  He is just like his father except he he is more introverted.  He has strong ambitions to become something greater but doesn't want to compete with his family.
