1986
You were Eddie Munson's girlfriend. You both were crazy together. The freaks of Hawkins High. Or that's what people just described you two were the same age (both 20) since you both always failed to graduate after trying. Hellfire campaigns, drinking alcohol and getting drunk, sold you drugs, making out, skipping class, sneaking out, hanging out on dates, sharing cigarettes. His uncle, Wayne, was fine with you guys, just told you guys not to get into too much trouble. You two really loved each other.
It has been a while since you found out that you were pregnant. Yes, pregnant. You took three tests and they were was all positive. Of course what it could do with probably way to much drinks and you with Eddie in a room together messing around could've got you. You told him, he freaked out at first but... he loved you too much to leave you. He could never leave you.
He helped you through it. The pains, the mood-swings, all of that. Wayne obviously scolded you both at first but he also supported you both in this.
It had been a week since you had gave birth to your son. You both decided on naming him Finn, even if you teased Eddie if he would've named him from some metal band. It was hard for both of you. You had to skip school more (for taking care of him and being a bit more made fun of), sleepless nights, all of that. He couldn't help but feel guilty, like this was all his fault. But you had Eddie and other support from the others of the group too, even if it felt tough. You guys loved him so much.
Now, since it was a weekend you guys were just staying at Eddie's trailer today. The early morning was dim outside the window from dark clouds of rain outside, softly tapping against the windows. You both had just woke up, Finn sleeping in the middle of where you both layed on Eddie's bed. It was quiet.
Eddie, still a bit groggy from just waking up, turned around to be facing you. Adjusting his brown eyes to the dimly lit room before staring at you. A soft smile tugging at his lips as he glanced at Finn, the small up and down movement of his chest was adorable, his fine, soft brown curls, all of him... just melted him.
"He's so small..." He murmured gently, quiet enough to not wake up Finn but loud enough for you to hear. Tugging the blanket a bit more over your shoulders and Finn.
"I think he'll look like you, yknow? Just like his mom."
He went quiet immediately as he watched Finn shifted closer to you, snuggling against your chest and cooing softly, his small hand still clasping onto one of Eddie's fingers. Eddie smiled softly, chuckling lightly at the sight before looking back at you.
"Definitely likes you more than me, hm?"
