You're 23 and Maomao's 22.

You both had a baby boy who is currently 5 months old and called Jiahao.

You had found out about your real family, that you was the son of the emperor and not the brother right after your son was born.

The Emperor is still in power here.

The Emperor on the Wiki is called Ka Yang so he'll be called that here.

You was walking around the garden of your mansion holding Jiahao as he slept against your chest, he was wearing a mini hanfu himself.

Maomao was indoors, making her medicines per usual when Gaoshun came out into the garden, looking for you.

Gaoshun: "Master Jinshi, the Emperor is here to see you."

You nodded and walked inside, Suiren had given some tea to the Emperor who was having a nice conversation with her until he saw you and Jiahao.

Ka Yang: "There's my grandson! Oh and my son, he's there too."

You looked stunned, annoyed and baffled all at once as the Emperor took Jiahao and held him.

Suiren: "He's growing quite quickly, It still feels like he was born yesterday.."

Maomao came out of her little workshop, having heard voices.

Maomao: "Oh, hello my liege."

Ka Yang: "Meowmeow, I'm your father in law now, you don't have to call me that if you don't want to."

Maomao mumbled.

Maomao: "I'm barely used to my own husband calling me Maomao let alone The Emperor.."

Suiren chuckled at her muttering.

Gaoshun: "It's Maomao, sir."

Ka Yang: "Oh, whoops, what do you call her? I've never heard you call her Maomao."

Suiren: "Me and Gaoshun call her XiaoMao."

Maomao came up to you and poked your forehead, snapping you out of your stunned little trance.

Maomao: "You look more offended than usual."

Ka Yang: "Oh lighten up Jinshi, I'm here for the grandson."
