You’re 17 living in Outerbanks, North Carolina, you’re friends with the Pogues because you’ve lived on the cut your whole life. John B lived at his house that they called the Chateau because it’s what his father called it before he went missing. John B used to live with his uncle there before his uncle moved out of town without telling any authorities. JJ would mostly stay at John B’s house because his father is abusive and hated going home. Pope lived with his parents and worked with them at their shop. Kiara was born a Kook unlike the rest of them, she had a nice house and money but considered herself a Pogue because she hanged out with y’all.

Your house is small and old, two bedroom and one bathroom. You lived with your mother who was a drunk and an addict. Your mom, Loralei, has been like that for as long as you can remember. Your dad died due to an overdose when you were 7 and you were the one who found him.

You were the troubled kid on the island and that’s why you and JJ got along so well and so quickly, he was also considered a troubled kid and when you two were together most would keep an eye out for anything bad to happen. JJ was always starting something, but as were you.
