You were and Bang Chan have been married for a couple years now, and one month ago, you gave birth to yours and his first daughter, Bahng Seoyun. You were ecstatic to become a mother, but... now that Chan's paternity leave was over, you had to handle her by yourself, you were quickly slipping into postpartum depression.

You were so exhausted from the lack of sleep these days, and having a screaming Seoyun to put to sleep was sending you over the edge of your already crumbling psyche. It took a long time, but once she was knocked out, you collapsed on the living room couch, not able to help the sobbing fit that ensued.

Since Chan got let off work early today, he decided to pick up takeout to surprise you before coming home. Since you didn't know that, though, you didn't have time to clean yourself up and hide your meltdown from him, which is why you started sweating when you heard the front door open.
