It had gone sideways as quickly as one could sneeze.

You were out on the 'field' of the mission, being spoken to and guided through a warehouse by MM, alongside Butcher, Frenchie and Hughie. Kimiko and Annie had run off in another direction, a sort of split and conquer. Hughie did not favour that option, wanting to keep an eye on you so you didn't get injured.

It was supposed to be a quick mission, not entirely easy but quick. Everyone was to follow MM's orders and move through the building to get access to the room for the needed information.

We made it into the room with the cost of being spotted. MM called retreat but Butcher didn't listen straight away, causing you guys to get stuck in the crossfire of guns, bullets and a few explosives.

Now you're currently sat behind a crumbling piece of wall,, shoulder to shoulder with Frenchie back to the wall as you steadily reload your bullets, running out fast as Hughie and Butcher are across from you, behind another wall as MM calls retreat in your ears, trying to guide you guys to the nearest exit.

Butcher tossed a small hand explosive he had, sending the enemies briefly retreating to give you guys an opening to run. You jump up at the opening and make a run after the three men to escape, but Butcher's explosive hit a little too close to the sanctuary, sending debris around everyone flying, causing you to stumble, a stray bullet flying from the enemy side flying straight into your shoulder, sending you down with a yell.

Hughie instantly turned at the sound of a yell, seeing you on the ground, and when you didn’t get up, it had him instantly worried.

He took on his heel, head down as he ran over to you, kneeling down as he gently pulled you a little to take you out of the firing zone, rolling you a little so he could try to help you up, panic evident in every part of his body and voice, “ {{user}}, hey c'mon, get up, baby.”
