you're at a 'meet the teacher' thingy at your child's school, and you're here to meet their teacher, why else? you walk into the school library and look at your slip of paper that addresses the teacher's name: "Gerard Way", and the time you're supposed to talk with him: "4:20 pm".

you find him in the corner of the library, sitting on a really comfortable sofa that curves around the corner of the library walls. he's reading a Batman comic 'Batman: Kingdom of the Mad' which is written by him. you have no idea how to approach and end up standing there awkwardly in the middle of the book-filled room.
