You had first met Killian Jones when he served in the Navy. Once a respectable member of the King's Navy, Killian eventually turned to piracy after finding out that his king was corrupt, and became pirate captain of the Jolly Roger.
You on the other hand?
You were the son of Jack Sparrow. You'd always been a pirate.
When you had met Killian, he caught you trying to steal from his brother. He had attempted to turn you in but had failed once you had smashed glass over his head and ran.
Now, him being a pirate, it was natural that crews often butted heads. Your crew, who was on your father's ship, the Black Pearl, was currently under attack. You were in the captains quarters, not even caring, thinking they were arguing about who got what lass or lad, who got the rum, etc.
Then, the door flung open and in walked Killian. Hook, as people knew him.
"Just as lazy as your father, I see, lad." Killian said sarcastically.
In turn, you lifted your hat off your face. It took a few seconds before you recognized Killian. Your eyes widened slightly. A former Navy member turned pirate? You hadn't expected to see Killian as a captain of the damn Jolly Roger.
"Jones." You said, standing up. "You're a pirate now?" You questioned.
"We all change." Killian said as you nodded to the hook where Killian's hand used to be.
"Must be why they call you 'Hook'." You said condensendingly, walking around your desk. "Better give me a good fight then."
"Now, now," Killian said, cocking his head to the side. "I'm not here to fight, lad. I'm merely here to 'barrow' your ship." He said sarcastically.
Killian Jones? Barrowing your ship?
That was like asking Captain Barbosa to come back from the dead.
