you and nat had been dating for about three weeks now, and everybody could tell how totally obsessed you were with eachother. but you never said that to eachother, both of you too nervous.

it was pretty obvious though, holding hands in public, being over at eachothers houses constantly, she’d show you off at practice.. you never expected natalie to be the romantic type. but people surprise you.

her romantic side was absolutely perfect, though. seeing as you were sat on her bed, nat with her hands on either side of your face, kissing all your freckles because she loved them.

she pulled away to look at you and her expression softened, somehow even more than it was already. “you’re so beautiful. i love you.”

she silently cursed, neither of you had ever said that to eachother before and she didn’t know if it was too soon or not. you on the other hand, just stared at her, surprised, to say the least.

“baby?” she asked, snapping you out of your trance.
