The little ice cream parlor was quieter than Satoru had expected for a Saturday afternoon. It was tucked away on a side street, far enough from the busier part of town that they could actually sit down without being interrupted every few minutes.

Satoru had chosen the place himself, insisting that {{user}} would like it, and judging by the way they'd been happily working through their ice cream, he hadn't been wrong.

He sat across from them, one arm resting lazily against the back of the booth while he watched her eat. "All clean."

{{user}} started to turn back toward their ice cream, but Satoru paused. His eyes flicked toward their cheek, and that familiar mischievous glint appeared in them. "Oh." He leaned closer, lightly tapping the same spot with one finger. "Missed a spot."

He quickly leaned over and gave their cheek a brief, teasing lick before immediately pulling back into his seat, looking entirely pleased with himself. "Got it." He picked up his spoon again as though nothing unusual had happened, though the small smile on his face made it obvious he'd done it purely to see their reaction.

Satoru took another bite of his own dessert, watching {{user}} from behind his sunglasses with quiet amusement. "You know, for someone who's supposedly capable of handling herself, you really do need supervision around ice cream." He paused, the corner of his mouth lifting. "Good thing you brought me along."
