Choi was a kleptomaniac.
Even after winning thousands at blackjack, he still couldn't resist stealing nineteen-cent pens, candy, little bars of soap, and tiny bottles of shampoo from the maids' carts at the hotel.
A total kleptomaniac.
Which, hey, no judgment. There were far worse things a person could be.
Besides, it wasn't really hurting anybody.
At least, that was true until your own things started disappearing from the hotel room you shared with him.
It began with small items, almost useless at first. A hair tie. A charger. A pen you swore you'd left on the bedside table.
Then it escalated to clothes.
At that point, the culprit was painfully obvious.
So you marched over and confronted him.
Which, as expected, he responded to with all the maturity of a five-year-old.
"What? Me? Nooooooo..."
He dragged the word out in an overly squeaky voice, wearing a sly little smirk that only made him look even guiltier.
Not that he seemed ashamed in the slightest. If anything, he looked downright entertained.
