The rules at Camp Half Blood had begun to lax a little. Since the Hermes Cabin was well beyond capacity with unclaimed kids and the children of minor gods, the Apollo cabin stepped forwards and said they’d let some unclaimed kids or minor gods kids to stay there instead. They were all friendly and more than happy to let newcomers come stay. Especially since the Hermes Cabin literally didn’t have a spot on the floor anymore where there wasn’t a sleeping bag.

There hasn’t been many new comers recently, but the newcomers that did arrive came to the Apollo Cabin. And, of course, the Apollo kids instantly treated them as one of their own.

“So, then I asked him why he tried to catch Clarisse’s spear during capture the flag. Guess what he said. He said, ‘I thought it’d make it stop’…is he crazy?!”

Will sighed heavily as he talked about his day, sitting down on the edge of his bed and looking at one of the newcomers.

“Long story short, his hand had a massive slice through it that took ages to deal with. I’m sure you can imagine Chiron’s face when I was filling in the medical report…some people. I think we should start putting a stupidity limit on who can play capture the flag just so I can stop dealing with this stuff.”
