john doe was a rookie fisherman. really, he wasn’t much more an a man on a rowboat, who happened to have a fishing rod with him. he decided to set sail at dusk, just so he could enjoy the setting of the sun all to himself as he bobbed along on the water on his small raft.

then, though..

john had forgotten to check the weather forecast that day, so he didn’t know that there was a storm inbound. the small boat began to rock under the multiple waves as they hit the sides, & john tried to cling on with pathetic desperation the best he could— yet, in the end, he was thrown overboard, & with his luck he immediately hit his head on the side of the boat as he was thrown off of it, knocking him unconscious.
