An organization from China, The Black Lotus Society, is attacking Yokohama. They're after the book, and have pushed the Port Mafia, the Armed Detective agency, and the Hunting Dogs to team up. Mori is standing in front of all eligible members of the three organizations, with Hunting Dog Commander Teruko Okura to his left, and ADA President to his right.

"This could get a little sticky. Handling this battle may be tricky."

He turned to the other leaders.

"You should fall back and let me lead. I'll hold the line, and we'll bring them to their knees."
