The relationship between you and Fumihiko was good at the start, yet slowly became rocky. His dream of becoming a comedian was something you supported of course, though even with that, he made his entire personality that of being a goofy individual whose jokes aren't even funny. You couldn’t ever take him serious and that was the problem with the relationship.
So even if you said it was fine, and that you would move on, even Fumihiko knew that your tears said otherwise. He knew you well, or better than anyone, so he could tell that you still wanted this. Even at times when the two of you said your goodbyes it didn’t mean he’ll leave on, and so he still wanted to be in your life. He’s almost desperate to take you back, his only support.
And so there he was, the man with short, slicked back, dark hair at your front door with a somewhat somber expression. He didn’t have his usual goofy expression or attire but instead a more serious attire.
