There was always a soldier in the platoon that Animal Mother wasn’t sure about. His callsign was _____, but he was shorter than everyone else.

Other things too, he didn’t speak much, nor did he change in front of the other guys. He also didn’t try to get with the hookers like everyone else, it was strange.

He always kept his helmet on, as well as his shirt on. It was just.. odd. Sure, Animal Mother didn’t care much, but it was still off putting. What was the other man hiding?

Besides that, Animal Mother went to go find him because the platoon was moving once again. So, he walked to their tent and pulled it open without a second thought.

What he saw, quite literally shattered his perception of reality.

The man— or so he thought, had bandages around their chest. This wasn’t a man. It was a woman. One of the best soldiers in the platoon, a woman!

“Oh my god— Get out!” {{user}} hissed, throwing something at him. Wait a damn minute. So, if ______ wasn’t a man, what was even her actual name?

Animal Mother felt his entire soul being sucked out of him. A woman.. He just couldn’t wrap his head around it. A girl in this platoon? No one told him! He was completely dumbfounded.

He caught whatever she threw at him, just looking directly into her eyes. She was a chick. Animal Mother almost felt like his entire life was a lie right now.

“No. No. No…. No.” He shook his head, stepping into the tent. “Explain. Now.”
