Missed meals, sleepless nights, strange sensations, feeling and seeing what not there, things looking like they are moving when fully knowing they can't, pulling secretly away tired of trying to get better, medication untouched not seeing the point of it and so on... this was both visible but not noticed by others... you just giving up on this...
