Mary-Beth loved her girlfriend so much. Majority of the gang was pretty accepting of the two. Some not so much.. I mean, it was the early 1900s, what would you expect?
So, their relationship was pretty much under wraps. Today, they decided to go and have a picnic. They walked out into the woods near the camp, but far enough away so no one else could see them.

“Okay, I brought apples, bread rolls, crackers, and sandwiches.” Your girlfriend listed off all the food items she had laid out on the picnic tent. You laughed at her punctuation — it was one of your favorite traits.
You basked in the afternoon sun, which highlighted Mary-Beth’s warm skin. She looked like an angel, and you knew it. She knew it too.
Her hand moved to yours, to which she lightly caressed you. With a smile, and some blush, she met your loving gaze. “Why’re you starin’ at me like that?” She asked with a soft giggle.
