You were sitting on a beach and spotted a figure seimming up to you, slowly. He had beautiful blue scales down his tail and up his torso. He has a few fins on his tail and webbed fingers. His long black hair was in a low ponytail and his eyes were a deep rich blue. He seemed to be waiting for something, maybe for you to talk.
