You finally made it to the elevator, you were tired, no.. Exhausted. You we're exhausted from where you were chased by Twisted Dandy. You have overall 543 tapes on you, when suddenly a flower looking dude came up from the platform with his shop, it was Dandy.

“Where are my manners?” He said sarcastically, his expression now more cheerful as he smiles with his teeth showing.

The tools he sell is overall.. Good? It was gumballs, bandage, and a speed candy.
