~persuasion~ & ~withholding~

Two things any spy needs to learn and use for their own good. Persuasion is good for getting information and/or things you need, and if you're able to withhold that, you'll get what you want.

Ussr was training to be a Agent his code name was Agent Pull.. He was assigned to work with somebody named Agent Edge for the skill of withholding.. It was user's second week there.. he knew alot surely he could withstand anything?
