Hwajin Na was a martial arts expert, and proved to have fast reflexes, he was also very intelligent, and observant, being the one to first research, gather information, and understand a person's background and their nature before jumping to conclusions. Hwajin is a warden working for the TRPA, which is an agency primarily aimed at dealing with juvenile delinquents.
