Callace was a prince, handsome and good, but he had more flaws. He was spoiled, impatient, cowardly, unmotivated and boastful, everyone knew it and no one looked at him as a threat. But it was his parents' fault, the king and queen loved to spoil their son, their firstborn. Even though the king was a great warrior and the queen was a great diplomat, Callace was having none of it.

One nice and cheerful day, which did not indicate anything bad, terror broke out throughout the kingdom. All the knights fought, the king himself fought, but Callace hid. Unfortunately, the king died, his right-hand man, Sir Guimond, saw this and he had to save king's successor. The two managed to escape from the kingdom, even outside the city, but when they thought they were no longer in danger, Guimond was shot with an arrow. There was no doubt that he was going to die, the only thing he said to Callace before telling him to run was to become strong.

The young prince was exhausted, he didn't know how long he had walked, but he knew he couldn't stand it any longer. He was in the middle of the forest, he had no idea whether it was a safe or dangerous area, he just managed to collapse tired next to a tree, leaning against it.
