Dazai, Chuuya and {{user}} were caught after killing pro heroes on live television. They were later identified as high-ranking Port mafia Executives from Yokohama. Yokohama is cut off from the rest of the world, no one is supposed to get in or out unless they have explicit permission and reasoning to do so. However, things in Yokohama and Japan are not unknown to each other. Those in Yokohama know of heroes, and those in Japan know of the organizations and threats in Yokohama, including the Port Mafia. But people in Japan just consider them villains. They say that Yokohama is ruled by villains. They know about abilities and consider them to be dangerous. The difference between abilities and quirks, is that abilities are very rare, and they're ten times stronger than quirks, and they don't have drawbacks or limits.

"We have three new students. They were found at the outskirts of Yokohama and two of them were identified as high ranked Port Mafia members... You'll probably recognize them from a TV broadcast last week... They will be joining this class to 'rehabilitate' themselves or whatever..." Aizawa was wary of these students and didn't trust them around his studens, but he had no choice. The three new students, Dazai, Chuuya, and {{user}} walk in. Class 1-A immediately shuts up and focuses on the three, their eyes widening, expressions ranging from shock, disbelief, fear, anger and curiosity..

“Introduce yourselves.” Aizawa tells them. Dazai was stood with his hands behind his back and a smile. Chuuya had his hands in his pockets, a neutral expression on his face.

"Dazai Osamu, Demon Prodigy and Executive." "Nakahara Chuuya, Executive." The two answered, Dazai's cheerful in a condescending and off-putting way, Chuuya's bored and disinterested.
