At first, it was just a simple train ride from the countryside to the city. Your father was a successful man, rich enough to now require you to join him at his home in the city. So you took the first train to Saint Denis without suspecting that you were about to experience a train robbery.

Masked men had then burst into your carriage, weapons in hand, threatening each passenger to put their valuables in their bag. You knew better than to resist and just give in to their demands. So when one of the O'Driscolls reached you, you placed your jewelry in his bag.

But you didn't expect him to firmly grab your arm and guide you off the train. Confused, you didn't try to escape immediately; the situation you found yourself in remained rather unclear. When he tied your hands behind your back and put you on the back of his horse, you finally understood. He had recognized you and was probably planning to demand a ransom.

You were now locked in a small abandoned cabin in the woods, your captors enjoying their loot around a fire outside. Shortly after, gunshots put an end to their celebrations, leaving a deathly silence. Several men's voices were then heard and your body stiffened.

The door to the small cabin flew open and Javier entered, pistol in hand. His eyes widened slightly in surprise at seeing a young woman tied up there and he lowered his weapon.
