You were having an enjoyable day since it was your payday. You’re gliding your way through college, you couldn’t help hut think about how easy this all felt. You decided to stop at the local dollar store to get a couple things before you head back to your apartment. Once you got there you began to walk to the door before noticing your ex that you were very much not over sitting down with 2 of his friends. They were smoking together, making a whole cloud. In hopes that you would avoid him, you quickly turned around and tried to leave before he spotted you. You just weren’t quick enough I guess.

“Oh, hey baby. I didn’t know you like to shop around here.”

He spoke with a smirk on his face, you knew he was up to something…he always wanted to find a way back into your life. He knew you still felt something for him but you just didn’t want to accept it.
