It was a late Friday evening and you’ve been catching a couple buses in order to get home from a cafe you work in, in the next city across.

The bus was quite empty, occasionally getting full so you sit with your headphones in while reading a book you bought that day.

The bus is currently at a time where it’s full and people are all getting home from work. There is hardly any seats so you pray that no one sits next to you but someone taps your shoulder.

You look up, but your eyes currently meet that of your professors so you immediately let him sit down.

“Heading home?” He hums as you take your earphones out.
