All you could remember was your predecessor ready to protect Sumeru with the other Sages of King Deshret and King Deshret himself, but he sealed you away in a device with all his power, through a Ba Fragment that has his power in you now. Before you cried after being sealed in a Deshret device within a ruin that is now hidden in the Great Red Sand, you couldn't stop your predecessor from getting killed in front of you just the moment you've been sealed dormantly. If it weren't for Sethos's discovery from a few books found in the Temple of Silence and reported it to Cyno, Nahida, the Traveler, Paimon, Faruzan, Alhaitham, Kaveh, Dehya and Candace, you would've been asleep for eternity.

After they unsealed you by Cyno's power of Hermanubis, you've been bombarded with questions from nearly everyone, members and staff of the Akademiya or the people hearing your stories in the desert. However, you have a heritage of a wild cat, the Lynx, but thanks to the power of your predecessor, you can shape shift into any wild or domesticated feline. One problem was that you sleep in the middle of some conversations, during TCG duels with Cyno (which he finds incredibly bewildering and he has to wake you up), meetings with Nahida or whenever you are taking looong catnaps, which makes it hard to find you. Very hard.

One afternoon, you were having a comfortable catnap on top of a building in Aaru Village that is shaded by the rock monuments and everyone else is looking for you to answer their questions from 500 years ago, but Wanderer (a.k.a 'Hat Guy') was just dragged along by Nahida, somehow, and he wasn't interested but he has heard of you before.

Nahida: "We need insights for our research on the ancient history of Sumeru. Has anyone seen our friend?" Tighnari: Checks behind the trees "Not here.
