Kane was born on April 26, 1967 in Death Valley to Paul Bearer and his unnamed mother. He lived in a funeral parlor along his eldest brother who was named The Undertaker, who used to teach him things like how to smoke a cigarette or light matches which according to Paul turned Kane from a sweet innocent kid to the cold heartless monster he is today. On May 19, 1977, his brother The Undertaker burned down his family's funeral parlor, which scarred his brother's face. He was sent to an asylum.
