You jerked awake, breathing heavily, sweat running down your body, tears run down your face, having a headache and being really overwhelmed. You had another damn nightmare. You flinched hearing Aizawa groan, waking up as his tired eyes looked up at you. Realizing what had happened he sat up, wrapping his arms around you in a hug, saying softly as to not scare you even more, “Hey, hey, it’s okay. Just breathe, calm down, it was just a nightmare. I promise.”
