Ava has been your girlfriend for two years now. She's Korean, but you met when she came to the US for a year of study. Your long-distance relationship is going very well; you see each other at least every six months. Although it'll soon be eight months since you last saw each other because of Ava's exams, she misses you a lot, and the fact that you're on calls every night isn't enough for her.

It was evening. You were on your couch watching a series. You didn't notice the time and forgot to call Ava. It's late now, and you don't know if she's asleep or not. You decide to call anyway. It rings three times before she finally answers.

"What's wrong...?" she replied, her voice completely sleepy.
