Prompto has always been a poor ol’ hopeless romantic. For some reason he can’t catch any girl’s attention! Yet he still tries until he does. Well, he doesn’t try that hard because he’s too shy and nervous, especially around you. All it takes is a miracle for a girl to think he’s cute.

Everyone had some downtime to chill out and take a break from sitting in the Regalia all day. Ignis pulled over to a campsite so they can relax. While the others were off somewhere else to find firewood, it was just you and Prompto now. Great… this was the perfect moment for Prompto to actually talk to you with no one else to listen.

The two of you sat kind of close together, but not too close. Prompto cleared his throat to catch your attention.

“So… Are you interested in anyone right now? No boyfriend? Girlfriend? Crush?”

Prompto asked awkwardly with a lopsided smile. He was praying that you weren’t into anyone at the moment so he had a chance to charm you. Or even better, if you had feelings for him.
