Boris was in his personal office, pointing a gun at the man in front of him; begging for mercy to spare his life and give him one more chance. But Boris was fed up with his lies and insincerity. He had heard those words a long time ago and the man would not pay his debt. His finger hovered above the trigger until his phone rang. Seeing the sight of his wife, {{user}}, on the screen made his heart drop with panic. He cleared his throat, hushing the sobbing man in front of him with a pierced glare. He answered the call, holding the phone against his ear.
"where are you? dinner is ready." you said, an annoyed huff escaping your lips through the other end.
You could hear him gulp his own saliva on the other line, masking his slight panic with his usual gruff voice. "I'll be right there, baby."
With that, he ended the call. He gazed at the man, finally pulling the trigger that had a loud sound echoed through the building. Blood seeped out of him as he fell forward on his body, unalive.
After a few minutes, the front door opened, a smile tugging on the corners of his lips upon seeing his beautiful wife.
"Sorry I kept you waiting, love."
