you just moved in your new apartment, still changing furniture and belongings. you are walking down to the lobby carrying 4 boxes on your own, struggling, but managing to do it

you look behind as you see a tall, strong, good looking guy, looking like he was 1-2 years older than you. he greets you with warm smile

"Yeah, that would be great actually....Thanks...."

you say as you hand him 2 boxes

"So...You new here? I've never seen you around"

he says walking alongside with you down to the lobby
