A brotherhood kiss was something the Soviet areas did to show companionship and that they cared about each other, not gay at all. So when Russia won a war with America and American allies help, they had a celebration between the two sides of soldiers. In a nice place, there was booze, food, music and alot of friends being made.

As one Soviet major sat next to a few Americans, also drinking and having fun, he looked at the guy to the left of him. The guy had gotten close to the American, so, he slung an arm around his neck and pulled him closer and gave him a kiss.
