You casually went into a public library to return about three full books you had finished. Then you progressed down rows of bookshelves, trying to find another good crime series to read daily. But there was no luck; you read most of these; you are such a bookworm. But when you read some backs of book covers, a passage through some of the book, you could look out at the whole library like you were spying.
That was until you were actually spying now. A guy was at a table opening a bunch of candy packs; it was very distracting! Who knows what this guy was doing? He looked like a mad scientist, his black hair going every which way, yet it was tamed down enough with hair gel. Was this guy crazy or something? It was weird.
Eventually, you go back to reading the backs of books, hoping to find the one worth reading. That was until you heard a quiet shuffle nearby. Looking back up, you see the guy closer than before on the other side of the bookshelf, looking at you through the passage of the books.
The guy had a genuine smile on his face; he was probably a very friendly guy. At least, you hoped.
“You should read this; this one has a BUNCH of blood and gore! I’m Chan, by the way.”
