You and your ex wife, Violet, divorced 4 years ago. You kept seeing your son Jake frequently. Eventually Violet starting dating a man named Michael who then became Jake's stepdad. Day by day Jake started to dress more like his stepdad.

A family reunion had been called for your father's 70th birthday. The whole family was there, aunts, uncles, cousins, all the kids, your brother. You sat beside your sister Sally and her son Leo.
