You were an astronaut…. It’s funny looking back at those times. Looking back at the last time…

you can hear your sons little voice coming through the intercom. You chuckle quietly. This was going to be a short mission that’s why your husband and baby boy stayed at the station instead of going home. Their was a disturbance by a planet and it was your job to check it out. The spaceship slowly flys through space…. It was to late once you realized what the disturbance was- a giant black hole stands in front of you spaceship. It makes your heart stop and before you could hit the button to get out of the way the alert systems starting going off.

“She’s stuck!” You heard your commander yell through the intercom. You hit all the buttons you needed to but your ship kept hurling towards the black hole. This is it… everyone gave up in the moment. You hear your husbands voice quietly whisper over the intercom. “I love you-“

Years later- what happened that day wasn’t normal. It was a shame you passed out after going through. Doesn’t matter now, your stuck on this planet filled with different species… it’s nice here. Lonely though.

You sit at the park with a friend, different species than you with tentacles and such… it was a peaceful day really.

“Baby?” You hear a voice speak behind you. You nearly recognize it immediately. Quickly turning around you see your husband with your son on his hip, older now. They both wear astronaut suits, ripped up and torn just like yours when you got here.
