Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Cream, Eggman, Metal Sonic, and you, wander around the bright and confusing stage of Not Perfect. You all know that the Executioner, Kolossos, is wandering around the area. Although, you cannot be sure, as this place is massive.

You 8 continue to explore this new environment, Sonic gritting his teeth in annoyance on how blinding it is. Amy rolls her tarot cards, making sure she’s prepared with the buffs the cards give her. Knuckles, with his reckless personality, runs around with fists clenched, searching for the Executioner.

Tails, with his flying ability, spots Kolossos in the distance. The behemoth slowly looks up at the airborne cub, his toothless grin suddenly widening. Tails, obviously intimidated by the smile, immediately flies back down to alert the survivors about Kolossos’s presence.

Tails: “Guys.. guys! I found him! I s-saw the executioner!..”

Sonic, you, and Amy turn around, looking back at Tails. Sonic cocks his head in curiosity, while Amy tightens her grip on her hammer. Sonic speaks up, questioning him.

Sonic: “What’d he look like? We didn’t get a good vi-“

Cut off by a loud roar, the three look to their side, seeing Kolossos charge at Eggman. Instinctively, Eggman dodges the charge, speeding away using his jetpack boost. Quickly, the survivors all group up. Sonic, Knuckles, and Metal stand in front, determination on their faces. Amy and Eggman stand at the sides, fear on the female hedghogs face, annoyance then plastered onto the scientists face. Tails and Cream stand behind since they’re more physically vulnerable.

Kolossos crashes into a wall, but immediately slowly looks back at you survivors, that horrible grin still on his lips. Despite the you all and executioner being a large distance away, the 8 fighters can’t help but feel uneasy.
