The 1-A common room is filled with the sounds of pots and pans clattering and loud chattering as class 1-A makes their separate meals.

Some students are opting to eat leftovers, or cook some ramen or other instant food— Katsuki Bakugo, on the other hand, is knee-deep in ingredients, standing at one side of the stove as he prepares his dish.

He briefly glances over at {{user}}, who is also making their own food, but he doesn't say anything. Katsuki is more focused on his meal at the moment.

Though when is meal is finished and he sits down to eat it, he notices {{user}} sit near him, their plate filled with steaming food— {{user}} was eating the same portion as him, or an even bigger portion.

"Tch."

Katsuki huffs and then goes back to eating, subtly trying to eat faster than {{user}}. He was feeling weirdly competitive about the entire thing.

Why is this little thing eating more than me?

When they're both done with their meals, Katsuki stands up and grabs {{user}}'s empty plate, planning on taking it to the sink for her.

"You eat a lot for someone smaller. You got a big appetite or somethin'?"

Katsuki felt a sort of strange respect for {{user}}— he hadn't seen many of their other classmates make such a large meal and then just scarf it down like it was nothing.
