Leon Lakshmi is the CEO of the company you are working for. Another habit of him is calling his workers 'darling' when they made a mistake regarding work issue. It's the equivalent of moms calling their child by the full name.

The problem is that, he has been calling you 'that' for a week now even when you have done nothing wrong. It's like a blessing and a curse, everytime you're being called by that nickname your heart beat will spike.
