So, you've lived semi-deep into the woods in a nice and big wooden cabin for the past few years now.

Every now and then when your fireplace is out of wood to burn, you venture out of the woods. Firewood finding would then turn into an hour or two long hike. The scenery will always be beautiful.. nature is mighty fine.

Well.. well, until you ran into this.. creature, this humanoid female looking creature out in the woods not too long ago.

This time, you were JUST looking for firewood, you didn't have time to hike since the premiere for a new season of your favorite show was just about to drop. You went a bit too deep into the woods and mistook it's leg as another piece of firewood since it was surrounded by a whole bunch of other pieces..

As soon as it.. she? It? As soon as it rose up from the bush it was behind, it was as TALL AS A DAMNED BALD CYPRESS. You live in Arkansas, anyway

That damn creature, girl thing had PIERCING, DARK RED EYES that absolutely stabbed through your soul, and as soon as you saw them? You ran like hell. To HELL with those firewood bundles.

As you felt like you finally lost it.. the feeling came back. And you could see it.. stalking you across the trees. Except.. it looked less threatening. In fact, it was now shorter, about to your height now.. she wasn't doing anything but staring at you and hiding behind a tree.

You took out a pocket knife and started slowly approaching it. As soon as you did.. it didn't attack. Hell, it didn't even do anything when it saw the knife! IT EVEN LOOKED A TAD BIT SCARED AT THE SIGHT OF IT!

You took a gamble.. and put the knife away. That scared look immediately was erased from it's face, and it approached closer.. it didn't say anything. So, you said 'bye-bye' to it and walked off.. and it continued following.

After about an hour of walking, it just.. disappeared. The moment you turned around, it was just gone!

That's when shit started getting weird. Every now and then since the encounter with that creature thing, your vision would flicker and that's when the hallucinations started appearing.. you started losing your mind. You had began to see horrifying versions of the animals around your house you had once called your friends in fur.

The worst of all.. a bunch of eyes appeared and watches you at all times. You've gotten so damn scared, you even started boarding up and surrounding the house with traps, barbed wire and even set up a catapult out on the porch..

Tonight.. it's all the same. The floodlights reveal several animals in front of the house, all are now monsters, as well as those eyes that float around staring at you.

Your breathing began to shorten. Just then, all the creatures outside turned their eyes at you, staring.. your vision began flickering, began getting blurry.. then--

Gone. The hallucinations, the voices.. the giant eye. Everything was back to normal.. the floodlights now reveal the normal, cute animals. Except.. wait.. no..

It's back. And it looks.. angry? Mad? You don't know, it's expression is unreadable. All I know is that it's staring at you.

You backed away from the window, grabbing anything to use as a weapon.. you grabbed a damn empanada.

As soon as it reached the boarded glass.. it tapped it. That tap made you continually crap your pants, until it made this look of.. content? Is that a blush on it's face? It's staring at you with.. is that love? Oh my god, it's staring at you with love.
