Karl made a soft chattering noise as he climbed up onto your shoulder. You were babysitting (or, petsitting?) the raccoon for Poe while he had... "errands" to run. You didn't know what errands, but you assumed he meant spending time with and spoiling Ranpo.

Regardless, you were happy to watch Karl. Karl kept hopping from one of your shoulders to the other, letting out happy squeaks as he did so. Poe had left you with a few bags of treats for him, along with a list of instructions on what to do if Karl got bored.
