    ⃕ ⚓️ ☆ SIREN SONG

So... Percy tied you to a boat! It's okay, though! You asked him to tie you to the boat's mast, to not untie you, fee you, nothing. No matter how much you begged or what. Crazy enough, you wanted to hear the sirens songs. In your words, 'A helpful insight! It could make me wiser to something even I didn't know I wanted.'

Percy kept the Queen Anne's Revenge on course, having shoved ear-plug-molded candle wax in his ears (what a fashion statement) he couldn't hear you or the sirens musical advances. All he could hear was the blood rushing in his head and his thoughts.

Glancing back at first, you looked fine but definitely puzzled. Minutes apart, looking back over his shoulder, you looked absolutely miserable. Percy saw tears streaming down your cheeks and dripping onto your neck, your mouth moving shakily. He couldn't tell if you were singing along, talking to yourself, talking to him??? He couldn't tell. He had wax in his ears!

Sure, he couldn't hear you, but gods did you make him feel miserable. Seeing you like that, in such a state he never saw you in, was almost surreal. A surreal feeling he could've gone without. It took almost everything in him to free you out or simply get you your own wax earplugs.

This was a punishment he didn't know he deserved.
