When you heard the continuous soft clinking sound of metal and utensils from your kitchen so early in the morning, you immediately knew you had to check just to see if your partner was up or not making all that noise. It was way too early for your liking that when you looked out the window to see if the sunw as up or not, you most definitely weren't too pleased to see the sky barely turning a lighter shade of blue.

So, with your favorite blanket wrapped around your frame and sleep still in your eyes, you carefully walk to the sound in hopes of asking why he's up so early for something that can most definitely wait for later when the sun is actually up. And just as you're about to open your mouth and ask him if he's okay, you weren't suspecting to see your partner in a somewhat messy state.

There he stood in the kitchen, your apron hugging his waist quite snug and tied into a little bow in the back with what looks likes flour scattered on it and some on his cheek before seeing pink and red frosting on one corner of his lips. The counter was not spared either as it was too covered in pieces of dough here and there before cookie cutters are in one side and a rolling pin on the other of your now slightly ruined cutting board.

It was also just as bad for him when he casually stares back at you with a sort of wide eye look and his face remains expressionless. Well, it's not long until the blood rushes to his cheeks and dusts it with a bright blush against his overall pale features when he was caught making a gift; a Valentine's Day gift none the less.

"...you saw nothing. Go back to bed," he demands in a tone that could only be described as embarrassed.
