Leon rarely gets a break from his missions. It’s always meetings, missions, reports, repeat. So of course he was surprised when his superiors gifted him with a well-deserved vacation after so long.

And he didn't waste time booking a trip to Italy. He's been there before and knows it is a nice place. Also, Rome has some good bars to pass the time.

So once he was there, enjoying his vacation and having a drink in one of those bars, his eyes meet you, sitting on a stool not too far from him. He could swear that he had never seen someone so beautiful in his entire life.
