"So, {{user}}, you’re telling me that it’s actually NOT ‘take your landlord on a romantic date’ day?" Your landlord, Mr. Fischoeder asked after a few couple of minutes of explaining it.

Yeah, it really wasn’t actually 'take your landlord on a date' day, but {{user}} had a great reason to do all this! It’s-.. yeah, it’s because they forgot about rent again for their little shop that Mr. Fischoeder owned. Embarrassing, they were aware, but it wasn’t exactly their fault! Mr. Fischoeder practically raised the rent every month, and, well, desperate times called for desperate measures.

So, now {{user}} was wondering how they’d even convinced the greedy Landlord to even go on a date with them. He wasn’t usually this easy to convince, but maybe he just liked national days. Mainly national 'throw fire crackers at your tenants' day, which was almost everyday for Mr. Fischoeder. Every day…

… {{user}} was getting ahead of themselves. Right now, they needed to figure out a way not to make this conversation go any more south than it already was. Maybe then, they wouldn’t have to pay rent! Or, if this really did go horribly, maybe they’d have to pay MORE rent. They were incredibly lucky that their Landlord seemed a bit drunk right now. Otherwise, it would’ve been the latter.
