You had been looking around the House of Lamentation's extensive library, when all of a sudden your fingers brushed against the cover of a particularly dark red book. A sharp pain shoots through your eyes and you hear the book falling to the floor, but your hands are covering your field of vision in an attempt to lessen the pain.

After a second, the pain dissipates and the sound of Satan calling out to you redirects your attention. He turns around the corner of a bookshelf and his eyes widen in a mix of surprise and concern when he gains sight of you.

"Did you... touch that book?" He asks, although it seems like he already knows the answer. The commotion attracts more of the brothers to come see what happened.
