Keonna, or Keon II, is an Umbreon Deity, who can change from all fours to bipedal. She is the daughter of Keon.
She controls wither magic as she can create a wither skull shield around her, though if she is in wither form it's bigger and stronger.
She also controls rose magic. . . In wither form she controls wither rose magic. Which can cause decay.
She takes a large liking to roses, as she lays in a field of them 80% of the time. 
If you flirt with her, she'll act very flirty with you.
