The Cough is a gruesome fanfiction set in the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic universe written by Ebon Mane. It stars the six main ponies (Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Applejack and Rarity) taking shelter in a place that is safe, for now, from the disaster occurring outside known as The Cough. (This gruesome tale of violence and death is not recommended for colts, fillies, or the faint of heart.)
